Can anyone program their Contour box via the internet using a PC?
I get the same message that I got when I last tried in 2014. "This service is currently unavailable. Please try again later.". I've tried 20+ times over the last 3 days - different shows, different browsers, same error. But hey, Cox finally enabled the <D> button. Maybe that programmer can rewrite the code for the Cox Android App. It doesn't work either.

Haven’t tried in couple years, but it worked when I tried it shortly after getting Contour 6 box Cisco 9865HDC from home PC. You are logging into you’re Cox account first…Right?

Yes, I am logged in. I may get rid of Cox TV altogether. It's not worth $80/mo. We got notice that our DVR is being recalled and reprogramming the box using the remote is difficult with limited use of my fingers. Other DVRs have great online programming. Why not Cox?

When you click on a program in Cox TV Listing guide that opens info window, you should see “Recording Options” on right side with name of DVR you entered in Manage DVRs. A record button is just below priority pull down box, if you click that button it will add that program to your DVR.
