Is it just TV? Usually a outage effects all services. CATV not working either? Snow? Temp off air?

we have 2 basic roamio's one is hooked up and was supposedly paired and everything, but we only got channels 2-27 and the local subchannels
the card says MP missing packets

it's fixed the card was paired, but no init signal or whatever tells the card and tuning adapter what channels we subscribe to was never sent.

I'm not seeing an outage in your area. However I'm not seeing a signal going to your cable boxes. Are you getting any error messages on the screen?
