Hello. It seems to me that usually my cable box automatically updates for Daylight Saving Time. However, that didn't happen today. My cable box displays one hour earlier than it is and the on screen TV guide is also one hour off. I looked at the on screen menu to see if I could change it manually but couldn't figure out how. Anyway to fix this? Thank you.

I am having the same issue. Nothing I've tried worked. I have attempted to reset it by first unplugging the cable box for 2 minutes, and then plugged it back in. There was no change. I also used the reset tool on cox.com, but this did not fix the issue either. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here we go again! Same old non-responsive Cox Cable to problems people express concerns about! Yeah...same problem with us but not surprised after my last experience with Cox regarding a problem with email delivery speeds.
Eventually they will get the time right...but in the meantime we continue to pay a lot of money for what i now see as subpar customer service.
Will they reply? Don't hold your breath!

they are having issues. A tech remotely rebooted our boxes and it didn't help. They are escalating this problem.

Mine is now showing the correct time. I'm not sure when exactly it updated but hopefully that means everyone else's will be correct soon, too.

Same problem. Guess there's no use calling them. This is going to screw up programs scheduled to record until it's fixed! Of course, we won't get any credit on our bill for this.

Same here in Omaha. I'm assuming someone forgot to change the time at the Cox Head Office. (ba-dum, ching!)

The cable receivers were supposed to update the time automatically, however, we have noticed some that did not and a manual reset should correct this issue. If you're still having this problem, please send us an email to cox.help@cox.com with your full service address and a description of the issue and we will be sure to further investigate this issue.

Hello ShanaBanana,
We can send signals to reconfigure and reload settings on the box like the time. If you are still experiencing issue with the clock, please send us an email to cox.net@cox.com with your account information so we can fix this issue for you.
