Browser
I have had a Cox email account for over 12 years and my format, etc. is very old. I think this is called the browser. I can't see where to download to the newest email. Mine is very hard to navigate and would like to update it.

How are you checking your email? A browser is a program you use to go online. Are you going to webmail.cox.net?
Or are you using some kind of mail program? If so, which?
