Does McAfee offer a scanner similar to Adaware to get unwanted ad programs off my PC?

McAfee scans for and attempts to remove a variety of different known malwares. If you need further assistance with it they can be reached at 888-556-0959.

What ad-program is it? Is it causing popups or just a toolbar or ad-on? If its just bloatware, try a program called Revo Uninstaller. Then, try running Malwarebytes. If something doesn't work, or Malwarebytes finds a lot of one thing, record it and reply.
McAfee may be able to help you with the specifics, but I doubt the program itself will be able to help much. If it installed and is running without McAfee doing anything, and a scan isn't picking it up, it is likely beyond it's capability. What are the main symptoms of the adware?
