Blocking robocalls
I get roughly a dozen robocalls a day, most of them from CA. I've called Cox many times to block these particular numbers but it doesn't work or the Cox CR doesn't know how to do it. For a ridiculous $226 a month for not much, you'd think I could get these calls blocked. I am disabled & its a pain to try to get to the phone & it's a robocall 530-349-3199. Do you think I could get this done someday!

That is called Selective Call Rejection. Here is a link to the instructions. Make sure you have this feature on you phone service and that it is turned on:

I believe we get 31 blocked numbers. After that, you'll need to start deleting the first on on the list, in order to add a new blocked number.
