I am behind in one payment I told me I would be paying half on December 1st bill due 5th but he rest no latter then the Dec 20Th just begin service so my bill is $500.00 will be paid off how soon would cox cut me off from the service.

With most companies it has more to do with how many months you go without paying. The first month you're late you'll just get a late fee, but I believe it's usually after that second month of not paying your bill that you'll be disconnected. If you're really having a tough time financially I'd recommend giving their billing department a call to try sorting everything out.

Trying to make a payment with credit card here. The systems responds that there is a system error. I got a text msg to my cell phone that payment failed because of wrong expiration date, although there are no any mistakes. What's a problem there?

Same here. Have tried sporatically to pay all morning and got the same message about system error.
It would be nice if we were given a heads-up when there is a problem.
