Why is it when cox messes up a bill it takes 6 calls just to get a credit of 4 freaking dollars. But let you miss something and you service gets cut off. I had to contact COX on 6 separate occasions and that still didn't give me the offer I was originally promised but the one I agreed upon after they said the original offer was NO longer available. If I messed up on my job like that I would be fired and the company would have made sure they offered something not only for the error but the numerous time that I took out to have them fix this error especially for a customer of 8 years. Whenever I sell my house FIOS here i come. Has to be better customer service then the *** I just went through.

I've had the same problem with Cox several times in the last few months. Using chat doesn't seem to help. You get a different answer every time you chat and that answer never seems to make it to your online bill. Phone help is no better. I finally cancelled my autopay because my bill kept changing without explanation.
