I have spent 15 minutes trying to get someone to help me pay my bill on line and so far I have received no help .

Yes this is still unanswered all I am asking for is to pay my bill on line so I can get service restored.

Hi Roy, what is the issue? Are you able to login to View/Pay Bill? Make sure you are using the Cox primary user id to log in with.
