Bill Pay, Account Summary, Etc... not showing up at all.

So I tried to pay my bill online, it tries to take me to this address:

https://www.cox.com/ibill/make-payment.cox

Which never pulls up.  I have tried it on IE, Edge, Chrome, and Firefox.  I get the same thing when I try to check out my account summary.

I have contacted chat support, phone support and store support.  They all want varying fees of 10-100 dollars to process my payment and claim there is a "webmail" outage in my area.  Which makes no sense..  I less than politely declined.  Is there any way to pay my bill online like a modern, tech savy, human being?

Hi Randy, are you getting any error message? Are you logging in with your primary Cox user id? Are you attempting to make the payment using the app or by logging in on our main website? 

There is a fee of $10.00 for assistance over the phone for an agent to assist you. You can also call the toll free number and process a payment by following the phone prompts (no charge).
