backspace function in emails
I have read through all of these problems and Cox's attempt's to have user's trouble shoot the issue. When is Cox going to fix this? It does not matter what browser I use I still have this condition. All the resetting, updating etc. DOES NOT work!!! When are you going to fix this annoying problem and listen to the user's? It is a COX problem!!!

If its a Cox problem, why am I not affected by it? The issue is if the cursor isn't in a typing field, then backspace defaults to the "back" command. Works for me in Chrome and MSIE.

The Backspace key takes your web browser back to the previous page if you don't have your cursor in a text field, just FYI. Figured that was basic common knowledge. It's a web browser thing, not a Cox thing.
