Back Button

Okay I see my "saved / recordings".  Say I pick out a recorded show that is at the bottom of the list.

1. Why can't you scroll backwards in the list with the "up/down" buttons?

2. Why has Contour 2 not figured out the quickest way back to the "recordings" is to use the "left arrow button"?

3. Why have to scroll all the way back to the beginning with the "up" button?

There is too much button pushing to reach a destination that could be done in 1 or 2 moves.
