[AZ] Connection Problems 6/14/2014

Been having problems for the last week or two where my connection will drop for about 5-10 seconds at a time every so often probably as often as at least once per hour.
None of the lights on my modem turn off or anything like that but I will disconnect from Whatever Page I might be on and if I have anything like Mumble, World of Warcraft and online game open I will completely drop connection and then reconnect a few seconds later.

Update: From what I'm noticing this is happening like once per hour I've been keeping an eye on it and I disconnected at 4:06 PM and then again at 5:06 PM.

No it is only happening on the computer that is wired. It stopped for one day and has now started the same problem again today.

Hi, if this issue is not occurring on other wireless computers, try taking one of the wireless computers and connect it to the modem directly using the same ethernet cable. Test the connection and see if the same issue occurs again. If it does, swap out the ethernet cable, and try the connection again after you restart the modem and the computer. Let us know the outcome.
