Maybe the above will help fix the IPv6 issues we've been facing.

Thanks for sharing. I don't see any IPv6 issues mentioned but it's definitely worth a shot.

I updated my airport express yesterday after Cox performed maintenance in my area (Central Phoenix), on Monday. This has caused issues with my connection ever since. Cox tech I spoke to last night of course denied maintenance occurred even though when I called on Monday at 8:30-9pm and got the automated message with this information. Spoke to a Cox tech Tuesday morning and she rebooted my system and it worked for 15 min then was down again. I tried the Ipv6 fix to set to local only last night and this morning while reading forum posts here on cox and my connection is still intermittent. This is quite frustrating.

Everything looks good up to the modem however I'm showing that the Airport is only connecting to the modem at 100Mbps which indicates a problem. I'd suggest removing the Airport and connecting a PC directly to the modem and testing again? Make sure you disconnect power to the modem while switching any of the cables otherwise you won't be able to get online.

@ChrisL
So far I'm stable (Chandler, AZ) after 13 hours of using Cox's DNS and IPv6 DNS servers with IPv6 Configuration: Automatically. We'll see if this continues.
EDIT: Well, it lasted 19 hours before I started having issues again. Back to Link-local only.

Trying again. As of yesterday (5/27), my connection has been stable for 24 hours with IPv6 enabled.
Here's a link from a post in the DSLR Forum that discusses the fixes in the firmware releases.
