Any updated info as to when Cox plans to update the Firmware for the Netgear C3700 Cable Modem Router?
It's been way to long that Cox has been sitting on this firmware update and not doing anything about it for this modem. There are features we are no longer able to utilize because cox refuses to update this firmware. Last post stated that it would be brought to the attention of the cox engineers and since that post, we have heard nothing.

I checked again and as of now there are still no updates approved for use with this device on our network.

Davmyr, why not take Cox out of the equation entirely? Replace the gateway with a modem and router ... that way you can update the router firmware as soon as it becomes available from the mfg. No waiting on a 3rd party to approve it. Also, if you want to go open source (like dd-wrt) you are free to do so. Sounds like a no-brainier to me.
