adding a second modem
My primary modem/wifi router is located in my basement.
On the third floor of the house my Son is having problems keeping connected.
Can a second modem be added in his room?

A second modem would require purchasing a second Internet connection which is not something most want to do. It may be worth investing in having a low voltage wiring contractor come evaluate options for running a wired connection from that location to your router.
