Add on pop up from cox email
today, for the first time, a pop up keeps coming up, cannot get rid of it
Server Cox
User Name=filled in
Password=filled in
Save-I click save
ok- I click
but it keeps coming back
I did a scan of my computer to see if that was the problem, but that did not help.
It has something to do with my email

Sounds like a popup from Outlook or some kind of mail program. Is it when running that program? Is it stopping you from getting your email? Are the user/password that are filled in correct for that email account?

When that box is popping up what information is in the username box? Make sure it does not have the entire email address; if you see @cox.net in that field you will want to delete it and try again. Are you able to login to Webmail? Does Outlook give you any error messages?
