ABC On Demand
Whenever I try to watch a show on ABC On Demand I get this error message: 'Check back periodically for exciting Video On Demand programming which may include sports, entertainment, local features and other special programs". At first I thought they were updating their shows but this happens almost every time I try to access programs. Every once in awhile I will get lucky and it will work after trying several times. Any ideas on how to solve this issue?

If you haven't already definitely try disconnecting power to the box for two minutes and plugging it back in to reset everything and try again. Do you have other boxes in your home that are also having this issue?
