9865HDC - Video Passthrough?

I've asked this question a few months ago but the only answer I got was that it would have to be looked into. I am curious if more information is known:

Documentation for the Cisco Explorer 9800 series makes mention that video passthrough is supported.

I want to setup video passthrough on my newly installed 9865HDC so that my Onkyo AVR does the video processing of the SD channels.

How do I setup video passthrough with this unit?

This is a feature that I expected to be enabled and I hope that COX is doing whatever it can to ensure it is working correctly.
