6121 Modem Keeps dropping, has been happening for a week
My service has been great for the past few years, however in the past 2 weeks my internet has been dropping signals to the point I can no longer work from home. Does this appear to be a modem issue - it's a 6 month old sb6121, so maybe a bad firmware push?
Logs for what is now unfortunately a typical hour is below. I am connecting directly to the modem now to rule out any router issues.

Thanks. It was the router - it's dead and won't turn on any more. They don't build them like they used to.

Signal levels look good but I don't see any device attached. Can you try connecting to the modem with a different device?

Much of the equipment is built as cheaply as possible with a consumer in mind that is focused on the price point and not so much features or reliability. Glad to hear you found the issue at least.
