6 tune dvr cant series record?

Hello,

i have the new cisco 6 tuner whole home dvr system. i cannot figure out how to series record.

i have tried

1) clicking the record button on a show twice ... nothing happens except single record

2} record options only gives me start, end, and keep duration

what am i missing

As explained in earlier thread:

Highlight program in guide. Push "ENTER" on remote. Then, RECORD->RECORD SERIES.
