we need an app for Contour that will save a link from our smart t.vs or iPhones for other subscriptions we have that are not offered by cox.

You not only want Contour to consolidate all your subscription services, but to also stream all of your content? Cable boxes aren't exactly an audio/video leap of technology. Most are junk
If you want to stream, use the right tool for the job and buy a streamer. Streamer have far more advanced chipsets to process streaming data.
