Has Cox done anything to fix the compatibility issues with XboxOne? Like crummy upload speeds

My Xbox is wired. The issue is with Cox closing port 80 for residential customers. I now have gigablast service and my upload speed is 30+ on everything except my Xbox, It never is higher than 3.
Multiplayer games use that port.
