Hi Ang11. The web address for Cox email is myemail.cox.net, which redirects to iidm.east.cox.net/.../myemail. What is the error message you are getting in Outlook? You may want to check your outgoing server to make sure it says use same settings as my incoming mail server under advanced settings, outgoing server settings. Also, make sure that the port number is set to 465 with SSL selected. You may need to re-type your password as well and save all of those settings. Please let us know if you need further assistance.
