Was this done through wifi or a device hard-wired directly to the modem? You will only see gig speeds through an ethernet cable for now until wireless speeds/technology improves.

This was all done hardwired, im not worried about wifi speeds. I need to see gig speeds or at least 700-800 plus and I'm lucky to see 350-400, this is after a tech came to the house. He said it was something with speed tests just not showing correctly, I don't believe that. I've tried many different speed test sites and they all show the same thing.
