Why don't my DVR shows appear on the https://watchtv.cox.com site under SAVED?

This is the EXACT same app interface that Comcast uses and I never had a problem. I feel like Cox is blocking this useful feature. Please activate it.

Hi Briandhughes, I believe Comcast stores your DVR recordings in the cloud and links them into the app. We are working to bring this functionality to the Contour App. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator

Just ask Comcast how they do it, because they do. This is a downgrade for me. Thanks for the reply.

So how do we access our recoded programs? Do we still use Contour or the Cox website?

Hi Michelebradley1967,

Please continue to access your recorded programs via the receiver as usual. Keep in mind the Cox Connect App allows you to set DVR recordings Remotely!
