suggestions for TiVo users

I would like to see the cable cards and tuning adapters be able to refreshed from the users cox account just like the cable modem.  right now 1 cable card and tuning adter are getting most channels in our package we pay for except 116 but we can view 1116 the hd feed of the same channel on that TiVo, also cox ondemand via the TiVo givesa v202 account error

the other TiVo and cable card tuning adapter also can't access 116 but 1116 works fine but somehow it isn't showing validated in the cable card screen we are also missing some premium channels on that TiVo, but ondemand works on that TiVo.
