Sound on USA and ID
Sound on ID channel and USA cutting in and out. I have Contour, have reset it a number of times, TV is fine when I watch other programming there is no issue. It seems to be the ID channel and USA only. When I switch channels the sound comes back.

I am sorry to hear that you're having audio issues. It sounds as though the signal readings may be out of spec for those frequencies. With that in mind, I'd suggest checking the coaxial cable on both ends to make sure the connections are secured finger tight. If you have any splitters in the connection, please try bypassing it as well.
