Show's being recorded because the guide is incorrectly listing them as "Live"
I've seen this multiple times on various channels. Tomorrow my DVR has multiple baseball games scheduled to be recorded on channel 407 because the guide has them listed as "Live" when in fact they're actually repeats.

i see many programs that i've saved as "new release only" & the networks put 'em up again, as new & the dvr doesn't know any better & still records 'em.
