NBA League Pass Purchased on NBA.com - How Activate on Cox?

I've purchased LP from the NBA site and logged onto Cox through NBA.com.  When I go to the NBA LP channels they show a message that I do not have a subscription.  How do I get the two sych'd?  Thanks!

Hi Balbillar,

Since you purchased the NBA League Pass from NBA.com you will need to sign in to your NBA.com account to access your NBA League Pass subscription.

I have the same question.  Does this mean I can't use the NBA League Pass channels on my TV to watch games?  If not, how would one even do that?

If you subscribe to the league pass on the NBA website, that is strictly a streaming service through them. In order to have the league pass channels be available through Cox, you would need to subscribe by calling in, the website or if you have a Contour 2 receiver you may subscribe directly through the TV. This is a separate subscription from the NBA website.

I had the same issue, until I downloaded the NBA app on my Roku TV and found it way easier and smoother watching it on the app on my TV
