HBO Missing Episodes on multiple shows, particularly in the HD sections. Some examples include: NEW POPE, OUTSIDER, THE PLOT TO .... This problem persists despite multiple cable box "resets". This is not a customer equipment problem (everything else works properly). This is an ON DEMAND Server content ISSUE!! The "missing" episodes appear on other format(s) (e.g. HBO-GO). This problem occurred in the past and required server-update intervention. The first level customer support personnel who answer the telephone inquiries repeatedly waste my time with "resets", insistence on equipment replacement, suggestion of service calls, all of which remain UNNECESSARY. This problem is a server content problem. Please remedy asap.
