getting a tech out

i pay a fairly good sum of money every month to have cable tv.   and when their equipment goes down it's gonna take me 10 days to get a technician to my house?   this is completely ridiculous.    hire more technicians.   i'm so tired of every company i call i get the same recording about because of Coronavirus.   we have have of the US out of work.   hire more techs.
