Fox News is the only channel that does NOT work

For the past few weeks the Fox New Channel has been blinking in and out (video and sound). Now it does not come in at all. It has been 2 weeks now and nothing has changes. I called for support and they were not able to help me. I'm about to drop my service.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Are you having issues with the channel in SD and HD? Is the issue with the channel happening on all the receivers? Are you having issues with other channels?
