I spent an hour on a chat trying to get Fox News to work again. Multiple resets of the boxes to no avail. How is it possible that fox is the only channel that won’t come in. This has been going on for over 2 weeks.

Hi Katy, I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble while watching Fox News. We do not have any known issues with that channel happening right now. I would suggest checking the coaxial cable on both ends to make sure the connections are secured finger tight and bypassing any splitters if possible. If that doesn't help, please let us know.

Happening to me, too. All other channels work fine. And Fox works fine on my tablet with the same connection. Only the volume is impacted
