I want to know from Cox how to save a channel as a favorite. My remote URC2280 but I don’t have a favorite button and I have contour2

I'm not Cox but within the Program Guide, keep "arrowing" to the left until the channel number and its graphic are highlighted. Once highlighted, press the Info key on your remote.

The URC 8820 remote isn't a Contour 2 remote www.cox.com/.../remote-control-user-guides.html. The Contour 2 Voice Remote (XR11) and New Contour Voice Remote (XR15). With these remotes just hit the guide button twice and scroll over the star (favorite) and it gives you the information you're looking for. What you set your favorites just say favorite in the mic and it brings up those channels.
