DVR problems

When playing my recordings back (on both of my DVRs) they video will freeze with audio still going as well as the audio cutting out completely. Booth DVR are only at 7% full, module number AX061AEI. This does not happen with live tv.

Also kicks me out of recordings with the error code XRE-06014

I had two series scheduled to record tonight I went to watch them it said a long paragraph of network error so I restarted it and the recordings disappeared. This has been going on for 4 days now. I am so over cox. I pay way too much money to have issues. I git this new dvr less then 3 months ago. 😡😡

I apologize for the inconvenience. We are aware of the issue during playback of DVR recordings of error code XRE-06014 displaying instead of the selected recording. We are working to resolve this issue.
