DVR issues
I've lost all my recorded programs on DVR, and it is NOT recording anything I have set record. I was only at 6% capacity, so storage space is not the problem. Anyone else having this problem? Beyond frustrating!!!

What model receiver do you have? Identifying Your Cox Digital Receiver
Your issue has been reported by others. It would be helpful to know if it happens most often with one type of receiver. If that were the case, perhaps Cox would stop using that model.

Here's another newb that couldn't find their way back here. If I had access to the Forum database, I'd query how many first-time users "post and ghost".
