CNN & Fox News not working on Contour - Escondido Ca.

All boxes and other channels work fine.  Been happening for a few weeks, usually at night, but now it is all day.  I believe BET also has the same issue -- code is:  XRE-03059.  Rebooted, etc.  

Is there a way to check signal strength of individual channels on the Contour box?
