can't pair remote

it's not listed, i have to type it in and populate it

yes. it pairs as to voice function, just not volume and power. i should have said that. i go thru the rest of the steps and it gets to the "It works!" / "It doesn't work" buttons but it does not work. clicking "it doesn't work" just guides me to repeat the steps. thanks

After clicking "It Doesn't Work," doesn't Contour list more codes to try?

no. it states "looking for problem" and then goes back to the "ready to pair" screen where the only button to press is OK
