Worst Customer Service
Been trying to got a hold of someone at Cox for help and half hour later I gave up. Tried the message service, they put my in limbo and the customer loyalty department never answered. The phone number puts you in loops then tells you they are closed.
Worst Customer Service + Increasing my Bill by $31/Month = hello AT&T
I rejected AT&T for the last two years with Cox, but it’s time
