Wifi out constantly
After I upgraded to 500 cox internet is down constantly for the last three days! Up for 1 hour then down for 20 minutes over and over again for the last three days! They need either new equipment or qualified technicians! Getting old!

It is ridiculous! I’ve called every day for the past week and a half about “ power outages” in my area. No reasoning at all. I’ve been with Cox a very long time but it’s probably time to move on! Unacceptable but they want their bill paid .. smh
