Why did my Cox Acct send multiple copies of same email to numerous recipients?
I use Excel to maintain a large email list using several different tabs so no single list is over 75 recipients. Last time I did a mass mailing two out of the 12 lists sent MULTIPLE COPIES OF THE SAME EMAIL to individual recipients - like 25 copies, The other list names received just one.
