Where is the reliability?

I live in Laveen AZ and for THREE days in a row there has been an outage for at least 2 hours, I thought Cox was supposed to be more reliable than Century Link or Satellite whats the deal?

Also anytime you login they force feed you ads for "Faster Gigablast" internet... Looks to me like they are purposely slowing speeds to make people feel the need to switch. *** cox, now to find another ISP.
