Why does 100% of all incoming email go into my SPAM bucket. I then have to highlight and click 'not spam' to send them to my inbox. Not only that, if I check off 3 or more emails, it kicks them back into the spam bucket as if it was too hard of a task to move over. Further, even those that I continually check off as 'not spam', those same senders go back into spam the next time they send something.... the system is not learning.... Very much a time waster, and I'll probably have to exit this service....
Anyone have this issue?

sounds like some sort of "rule" has been set up in your filter. and YOU wouldn't necessarily have done it! there were several things set up in my email sort after they migrated me to the "new" ** and i didn't recognize any of it! take a look.
