Webmail down AGAIN in Tulsa

Same webmail/server issue(s) as last week. This outage today began early afternoon and still no email tonight. According to the tech I spoke with, it may be tomorrow morning before server is repaired. <SIGH> I was told by one tech not to call them again because it doesn't help. I said it helps ME to vent and I politely told him that I thought he was working for ME to resolve problems. I firmly believe that Cox will be losing many Internet subscribers due to this continuing server issue. I asked about a $ credit for the hours of no service. Nope.
