Turn off 5G on Panoramic Modem

Sitting in front of it, I see the 5G light blinking.  I want it off, completely.  This vibratory rate is harmful to human cells.  How do I effect that change?

I don't see the specific setting, but there is a 5 GHz tab on this page:

Hi Thetonyd7, you can disable the 5 GHz network by using the Cox Panoramic Wifi Portal at wifi.cox.com or by using the Panoramic Wifi App. In addition to the Support article that Bruce provided, you can also find more information on using the Wifi Portal and the App at. www.cox.com/.../panoramic-wifi-web-portal.html and www.cox.com/.../cox-panoramic-wifi-app-features.html. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator

Hi Bruce and Becky. Thanks for providing links that are the opposite of helpful with regard to disabling your home 5G network. There are literally zero references to disabling 5G.

I don't rent a Pano so I can only refer to screenshots of its admin pages.

I understand Pano has a feature to assign both bands to the same SSID and key.  If this feature is disabled, it may enable an other-than-zero option.

Hi Borisb85, if you are unable to disable in the app, you can do so by logging into the router directly. Here are some steps about how to access the gateway settings from your browser: www.cox.com/.../setting-up-wifi-with-the-panoramic-wifi-gateway.html. If you have any trouble disabling from there, please feel free to email us at cox.help@cox.com. We can complete this for you. Thank you. -Nichole
