Tree trimming
Who do I call at COX Cable so I can schedule them to drop our cable that hangs under a tree, from the power poles to the house, that needs to be trimmed? We live in Omaha, NE. There doesn't seem to be a phone number listed to call for such things.

Are you asking for Cox to move your drop or trim your trees? I think they can do the former but not the latter.
