Terrible internet, phone and tv in Palos Verdes....since March....when will an upgrade happen?

I'm sorry to hear you've been experiencing so many service issues. I checked the modem from this end and it appears online but the router connected doesn't appear to be requesting an IP address. It might be helpful to try connecting a computer directly to the modem then resetting the modem and see if that works any better.
