"Something went wrong" error when running "Test your whole home network" on Cox Panoramic WiFi router
Upon executing the "Test your whole home network" function on the Cox Panoramic WiFi router, an error message was generated. Despite multiple on-site visits from technical support personnel, the issue persists. Troubleshooting steps have included router and ONT replacements, fiber signal testing at both the tap and the home terminal, and the utilization of various mobile devices. Furthermore, the Cox app has been reinstalled. While all diagnostic indicators appear normal, the speed test functionality continues to fail, as evidenced by the attached screenshot from the Cox application.
