Some websites not loading

Some sites will not load. These sites include but are not limited to discord.app and it's desktop app version, as well as the Xbox console companion. I've experienced this issue with several other sites across several cox routers in the 70130 zip. I don't know about farther out in New Orleans, but I've seen this both downtown and uptown. I've also seen several closed forums with the exact same topic and identical problems so I am confident it is a problem on cox's end. I've attempted resetting etc. two of the routers I had this problem on. This is a brand new router and I've never had this problem with my old ubee router. Don't want to go back on call with cox and waste another 6 hours on a problem again so I thought I'd put this out to see if I can bring it to a technician's attention.
